Job description
Principal Civil Engineer – Water Infrastructure Location: Eastern States | Sector: Water Infrastructure We are recruiting for a Principal Civil Engineer to lead the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership across civil design and project delivery. Lead teams working on pipelines, treatment facilities, and large-scale infrastructure. Drive innovation in planning, modelling, and design to optimise project outcomes. Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules. Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. Monitor and report on project progress and performance. Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams. Develop and maintain knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
