Principal Venture Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• High-impact role with high visibility up to the C-level and immediate effect on the core business

• Leadership and further development of a team of several FTEs in the area of Venture Development, including personnel and further training concepts

• Building structures, systems, and tools with which Enpal's operations become more scalable, efficient, and of higher quality

• End-to-end responsibility for optimizing and redesigning physical processes in the field, including on-site appointments, capacity, and route control

• Establishment and control of the KPI system, including regular performance reviews with operational department heads

• Identification of bottlenecks and potential for improvement through process and data analyses

• Prioritization and implementation of automation and AI projects in collaboration with the Tech team

• Development and piloting of new solutions and venture ideas with the aim of integration into the core business

• Evaluation of all initiatives via business cases, responsibility for savings and the impact of the portfolio

• Very close collaboration with Sales and Fulfillment, joint management of interfaces through fixed formats and shared KPIs

• Active stakeholder management with other cross-functional teams such as Product, Tech, and Logistics, as well as the operational teams in Germany and internationally

• Decision proposals and reporting on status, timing, and savings for the C-level

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in optimizing physical operations, e.g., field service, logistics, installation, or network operations

• Demonstrable experience in building KPI systems and in performance management

• Successful implementation of automation, digitalization, or venture projects with a measurable cost or quality effect

• Strong stakeholder management at interfaces, ideally with experience in collaborating with Sales and Fulfillment

• Experience in collaborating with intercultural, distributed teams

• Strong analytical skills and confident handling of business cases

• High implementation strength, quick impact in daily operations, and enjoyment of on-site presence

• Confident demeanor towards C-level and stakeholders at all levels, as well as enjoyment of a role with high visibility and responsibility for results

• Fluent German and English
