Principal- Telco Billing

10-12 years in Telecom billing worked extensively with major telecom providers with rich experience in Delivery and operations. Should have relevant experience in managing a big team and liaising with client stakeholders. Should be a single POC for client for Billing Delivery/Operations to address any issues related to Billing. Should be well versed with agile methodology working across cross functional teams. Requirements Strong hands on billing knowledge in any or combination of the billing platforms such as CDR, Mediation, Interconnect, and other billing systems. Experience in managing a team of 10-15 people with diverse skill sets. Ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Should have experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
