Principal Statistical Programmer - FSP (Permanent Homebased)

Job Overview: As a Principal Statistical Programmer you will provide advanced technical expertise to develop process methodology for the department to meet internal and external clients' needs, across complex projects and studies. This involves planning and coordinating the development of integrated programming solutions, serving the full spectrum of statistical programming needs. You will provide internal consulting services, including specifications and user needs analysis for complex projects and studies. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining process documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Your expertise will also be utilized to develop and maintain training programs for statistical programmers, as well as providing guidance on best practices and standards for programming methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data management, clinical operations, and biostatistics to ensure seamless integration of statistical programming into the overall project lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work independently.
