Principal Solution Architect

About the role The role is central to advancing ITSM and SIAM maturity, applying data-driven insights to strengthen service integration, performance, and outcomes within complex, across multiple service providers. As Principal Solutions Architect, you will set the architectural direction and provide strategic technical leadership for the Department's operational tooling ecosystem, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and its integrations. You will design and guide solutions that convert high volumes of data into actionable insights, drive business value, and improve overall efficiency. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow and its integrations. • Experience with ITSM and SIAM maturity, applying data-driven insights to strengthen service integration, performance, and outcomes within complex, across multiple service providers. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. • Certification in ITIL or similar is an asset.
