About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi We have an opportunity for a Principal Solicitor to join the Litigation team on a permanent basis based in either Wellington or Auckland . The litigation portfolio is varied and includes dispute resolution litigation under the Accident Compensation Act 2001, as well as other related matters. As a key member of our Litigation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and representation to ACC, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policy and procedures within the Litigation team.
