Principal Site Reliability Engineer

As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a key member of our engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with other engineering teams to design, develop, and implement solutions to complex problems. You will also be responsible for automating our operations and monitoring systems. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and implement solutions to complex problems. * Automate our operations and monitoring systems. * Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure. * Work closely with other engineering teams to design, develop, and implement solutions. * Participate in on-call rotations. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. * Identify and implement opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role. * Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts. * Experience with automation and scripting languages. * Experience with monitoring and alerting tools. * Experience with incident management and root cause analysis. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points: * Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with Terraform. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with security best practices.
