Principal, Scientific Statistical Programming

The job is in our King of Prussia, PA or Zurich Switzerland office. This is a hybrid role that combines scientific and statistical programming expertise with leadership skills. As the Principal, Scientific Statistical Programming, you will lead a team of statistical programmers to deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting for clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and other projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming, including experience with SAS, R, or Python, and a deep understanding of clinical trial data analysis and reporting. A Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
