Job Title: Principal SAP PP & QM Business Analyst / Consultant Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Principal SAP PP & QM Business Analyst to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and quality solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), along with strong integration knowledge across advanced planning and logistics systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and quality solutions, leveraging deep functional expertise in PP and QM. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored SAP solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, including MM, PP, QM, and SD. Provide expert-level guidance on best practices for SAP implementation, configuration, and testing. Ensure seamless integration with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and SCM. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP innovations and industry trends to continuously improve processes and solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering). Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP & QM consulting or implementation. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, including MM, PP, QM, and SD. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
