Principal Recruitment Consultant - Construction
TEN Recruitment are seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business and take a leadership role within our Construction division.

In this senior appointment, you will lead your own portfolio, drive commercial growth and take ownership of key relationships across the Construction sector. You'll operate with autonomy while contributing to the strategic direction of your desk and the wider division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a 360-degree recruitment desk within Construction
- Build and deepen long-term relationships across builders, contractors and consultancies
- Drive business development, securing new clients and expanding existing accounts
- Lead search and selection strategies for both active and passive talent
- Deliver a high-quality recruitment process from brief to placement and post-placement support
- Provide market intelligence and strategic advice to clients and candidates
- Mentor and support Consultants as the team scales
- Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within Construction or Technical sectors
- Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
- Well-developed network and strong commercial awareness of the WA construction market
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Resilient, driven and motivated by performance and outcomes
- Able to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships
- Positive, collaborative and committed to delivering outstanding service
