Principal Professional Services Consultant - SOC Transformation and XSIAM Deployment

Who We Are This role is remote, but distance is no barrier to collaboration or innovation. As a Principal Professional Services Consultant, you will be part of our team that helps customers transform their Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and deploy XSIAM solutions. You will work closely with our sales teams, engineers, and other consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and delivering customized training programs for customers on Palo Alto Networks products and services. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive SOC transformation strategies. • Providing expert-level technical guidance and support to customers during the deployment of XSIAM solutions. • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet those needs.
