Principal Product Safety Engineer

Job Title: Principal Product Safety Engineer Location: Frimley, Weymouth, Bristol, Portsmouth, Barrow-in-Furness, Devonport, Plymouth or Brough, dependant on role and your personal circumstances. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience What you’ll be doing: Providing advice on product safety matters to project and engineering managers delivering the programme. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the required safety standards, and that all necessary safety documentation is in place. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and standards, and for ensuring that all products and services comply with these regulations. What we’re looking for: A highly experienced and qualified Principal Product Safety Engineer with a strong background in product safety and a deep understanding of the relevant regulations and standards. You will have a proven track record of ensuring the safety of products and services, and will be able to demonstrate your expertise and experience in this area. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
