Job description

Your Mission

To consistently drive growth of our founder-led company, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Munich or Berlin in a hybrid work model.

This role is aimed at true product entrepreneurs who do not just manage products but take entrepreneurial responsibility. As Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for several of our strategically important product initiatives on a company and management level and shape the long-term product and platform strategy.

From strategic problem definition to discovery, delivery, and scaling up to measurable value realization for users and business: you will bear end-to-end responsibility. You will work with a high-caliber team of engineers, analysts, UX specialists, and experienced business stakeholders together and act as a connecting force between product, technology, and company goals.

  • Ownership: As Principal Product Manager, you will take responsibility for complex, cross-sectional product initiatives with high strategic relevance. You define vision, target image, and roadmaps for central platform and automation themes of our B2B-CX marketplace – from business and workforce management to training, success, and performance management. You act as a sparring partner for management and senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic & Creative Freedom: You have the scope to build new product fields and platform capabilities from scratch. You identify opportunities with high leverage, make informed prioritization decisions, and orchestrate initiatives so that they unfold maximum user and business impact.
  • Innovation & Scale: Together with excellent engineering teams, you bring state-of-the-art technologies into our platform. Your area of responsibility ranges from discovery-driven MVPs and pilot projects to high-scaling production systems that process thousands of interactions daily. You think products are always scalable, resilient, and sustainable.
  • Impact & Value Creation: You measure your success by the economic added value of your products. With a clear focus on outcomes, you develop yourself into a central driving force for value-generating product leadership and contribute directly to the growth, efficiency, and competitiveness of our company.

Your Skillset

  • Deep Product & Engineering Understanding: You possess a strong background in product management or engineering and bring long-standing experience in fast-growing companies – ideally in dynamic mid-sized enterprises, scale-ups, or from your own entrepreneurial environment. Experience in operations-near product areas or consulting is a clear advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership Mindset: You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, and take responsibility. You identify opportunities, test hypotheses quickly, iterate data-drivenly, and make decisions with a view to long-term business impact.
  • Proven End-to-End Impact: You can demonstrate tangible successes in complex product initiatives where you significantly made the difference from vision to implementation to scaling up.
  • Structure, Data & Decision-Making: You love structuring complexity, setting priorities clearly, and making decisions based on data, user insights, and technical feasibility. You move comfortably between strategic heights and operational depth.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Excellence: You communicate fluent in German and English and navigate safely in exchanges with senior stakeholders, management, and cross-functional teams. You understand how to integrate different perspectives and create common goal images.

Your Winning Deal

  • Your Benefits: 30 vacation days, monthly €69 lunch allowance, a Givve card with €50 credit, attractive corporate benefits, jobRad leasing, occupational pension & VL, as well as great team and company events.
  • Your Workplace: You work flexibly in a hybrid model from our modern, dog-friendly offices – and can also spend two weeks per year working outside the EU (applicable to employees with an EU passport).
  • Your Footprint: You shape actively the future of a profitable company with us and drive together the
