As our Principal Product Manager (all genders) at TradeLink, you'll play a central role in shaping our product strategy, driving innovations forward, and anchoring AI in the core of our product development. You'll be responsible for the strategic alignment of your area, identifying and unlocking AI-based potential, and implementing efficient, scalable processes for Product Discovery and Delivery. We're looking for a strategically thinking and hands-on working product personality with solid expertise in product research, discovery, and implementation as well as advanced stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• You define the Product vision and strategy in close cooperation with the Leadership Team and coordinate team-wide collaboration.
• You drive AI-based product development forward and unlock innovative ways to create value for our customers using AI and further develop our product vision.
• You assess the economic viability and market potential of new features based on project results and product key figures.
• You are responsible for Product Discovery and Solution Development and enable your team to implement features based on validated customer insights, data-based decisions, and clearly defined business value.
• You work closely with Engineering- and Design-Teams, other Product Managers, founders, and the Go-to-Market Team to drive product development forward and ensure high-quality releases.
• You measure the impact on customer and business results and optimize KPIs and processes continuously.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in Product Management of B2B-SaaS-Products.
• Excellent understanding of Product-Discovery-, Delivery- and Management-Prozesses.
• New curiosity about KI-Technologies, first practical experience with AI-based products or features, as well as the willingness to continuously develop in this area.
• Pronounced strategic and operational thinking as well as passion for achieving organizational goals.
• Very good and secure communication skills in German and English.
• Experience in Data Analysis, Definition of Key Figures, and interpretation and measurement of results.
