Principal Portfolio Manager

Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio and program management framework for ICT systems, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives Drive innovation within the portfolio and program management processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a clear understanding of the organization's goals and objectives, and ensure that the portfolio and program management framework is aligned with these goals. Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure successful delivery of ICT systems. Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to ensure effective portfolio and program management practices are adopted. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the organization. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
