Role Overview: My Client is seeking a Principal Software Engineer with a strong background in .NET Core and cloud-native systems. This role offers the opportunity to work within a high-performing agile team, mix of 50% hands-on development and 50% leadership and strategy. You'll help drive the technical direction of the company's software engineering efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software systems using .NET Core and cloud-native technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives that drive business value. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality solutions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve the company's software engineering capabilities.
