Your Position

• Independent analysis and optimization of operational workflows including KPI systems, dashboards, and performance reviews
• Leadership and implementation of new processes, tools, and working methods: You take over planning, testing, rollout, and follow-up
• End-to-End responsibility for operational initiatives: You lead projects from idea to implementation and actively measure success
• Process development in everyday operations: Hands-on testing, feedback from practice, and processes iteratively developed
• Coordination and alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and alignment of interfaces

Your Profile

• 5–9 years of experience in an operational environment, ideally in consulting, startup, or scale-up
• A completed Bachelor's degree in technology or business administration
• Hands-on orientation combined with interest in optimizing complex operational workflows
• Numerous leadership experience of multi-person teams, with clear goals and measurable results
• Excellent analytical and communicative skills, particularly when preparing reports, presentations, and data analyses
• Flexibility for travel activity to directly accompany and improve operational processes at different locations
