What you will do:

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across a close-knit school of around 100 students (Primary-Secondary)
• Foster a culture of high expectations, inclusion, and wellbeing
• Lead, mentor, and support staff through coaching and professional growth
• Oversee teaching, learning, and curriculum delivery across all year levels
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence
• Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, whānau, and the wider community

What you have to have:

• Current NZ Teacher Registration and teaching qualification
• Strong senior leadership experience (Primary or Secondary)
• Proven teaching experience in a NZ school context
• Solid grasp of modern pedagogy and digital learning
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Integrity, resilience, and authentic, inspiring leadership
