Principal (Freelancer) Transactions & Ownership Lead

As Principal at VALENTYR, you lead succession, participation, and transaction processes on an equal footing with entrepreneurs and investors.

This role is purely performance-based and targets experienced individuals seeking responsibility, decision-making power, and financial upside – not a fixed salary.

You are no background advisor.

You are the shaper, negotiator, and settlement responsible person.

Tasks

• Leadership and guidance of complex succession and transaction processes
• Structuring ownership, participation, and decision-making models
• Responsibility for investor conversations, negotiations, and settlements
• Sparring partner for entrepreneurs, shareholders, and investors
• Quality assurance throughout all project phases
• Active expansion of the deal flow in the VALENTYR ecosystem

Qualification

• Mult-year experience in M&A, corporate finance, participation, or entrepreneurship
• Sovereignty in dealing with CEOs, shareholders, and investors
• Entrepreneurial attitude: results over security
• Decision-making strength, clarity, and reliability
• Self-employed/freelance status
• No fear of performance-based remuneration
