Known for its outstanding workplace culture and professional integrity, the firm is expanding into Milton and is seeking a highly experienced Family Lawyer to spearhead this exciting new chapter. About the position:

This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned Family Lawyer ready to take the reins of a new office and make it their own. You'll have the freedom to build your own team, drive growth, and manage a full spectrum of family law matters in an autonomous environment.

Your work will focus on high-quality private matters, including:

• Complex property and financial settlements
• Parenting and custody disputes
• Divorce and separation proceedings
• Domestic violence and protection orders
• Binding Financial Agreements

As the lead lawyer in Milton, you'll have strategic input into the development of the office, access to full legal and administrative support, and the opportunity to position yourself for partnership or equity in the future.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years PAE in family law, preferably within private practice
• Strong commercial acumen and team leadership experience
• Ability to independently manage complex files and attract new clients
• Current practising certificate in Queensland
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
