As a Principal Enterprise Architect - RISE, you will be responsible for leading the development of our enterprise architecture strategy, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective implementation. This role is critical in driving business outcomes through technology-enabled solutions. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that aligns with SAP's overall strategy and goals. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize architectural requirements, ensuring seamless integration across the organization. • Providing thought leadership and guidance on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and other architects. • Developing and managing budgets for architectural initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources. • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization. What we're looking for: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information systems, engineering). • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on leading architectural initiatives and developing strategic plans. • Strong understanding of SAP's products and services, as well as the ability to learn quickly about new technologies and trends. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. • Experience working in an agile environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement. • Certification in enterprise architecture or a related field is desirable.
