Principal Engineer, Software

What you will do: Define and evolve architecture and technical direction for cybersecurity automation platforms and services. Lead design of large-scale, distributed, cloud-native systems, addressing scalability, latency, resilience, and failure modes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and SREs across multiple teams. Establish and influence engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across security automation and reliability domains. Guide adoption of automated testing frameworks and tools for continuous integration and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cybersecurity automation solutions that meet business requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system design documents, and technical guides. Provide input on technology roadmaps and strategic planning for security automation platforms and services. What we are looking for: Strong understanding of software engineering principles, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems. Experience in designing and implementing large-scale, scalable, and resilient systems. Ability to lead and mentor teams, establish engineering standards, and influence technical direction. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
