Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software applications using various programming languages and technologies. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful project delivery. • Mentoring and leading a team of software engineers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical skills development. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to drive business growth and competitiveness. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer, Software who possesses the following qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or other relevant technologies. • Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
