Principal Engineer, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow

Platform Integration Principal Engineer (Azure) When our customers are looking for consultative IT expertise, where else would they turn but to the company driving human progress through technology? Our Solutions Architecture team within Professional Services are specialists in package customization and integration as well as total, end-to-end solutions in targeted industry segments. After detailed consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing ones that do not meet their evolving needs. This role is a key part of the ServiceNow platform integration team, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying innovative solutions using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have experience in both ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure, with a strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and their applications. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that integrate multiple systems and services; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs; • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and training materials for internal stakeholders; • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, or a related field. A strong understanding of ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure is required, as well as experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure. Additional skills and certifications include: • Experience with ServiceNow's platform and its various modules; • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure's services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management; • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure; • Certification in ServiceNow or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
