Serve as technical expert within Power Electronics Department that is responsible to develop and maintain advanced power electronics systems, including but not limited to: high-power DC-DC converters, motor drives, and power supplies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and validate new products and technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in power electronics and related fields, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
