Principal Engineer, Critical Support

Job Description The Critical Support Team (CST) is a specialized group within the organization dedicated to addressing the most complex, high-impact issues that require immediate attention. As a Principal Engineer, Critical Support, you will be part of this team and will be responsible for providing critical support to our customers. This includes but is not limited to: Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders; Developing and maintaining technical documentation; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues; Identifying and implementing process improvements; Participating in the development of new products and services; Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
