Managing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to design standards, and technical governance, as well as providing technical guidance and support to other engineers. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Participating in design reviews and technical meetings, providing expert input and feedback. Identifying and mitigating technical risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in communications and audio systems. Your skills and experience: Significant experience in the design, development, and integration of communications and audio systems. Strong understanding of communications protocols, standards, and technologies. Experience with system engineering principles and practices. Ability to lead and manage technical projects and teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working in a naval or defense environment is desirable.
