We are Ekaa – The Design Collective & our Design Studio is looking for an experienced Lead Architect to join our talented team here at Trivandrum. Your focus will be on luxury/high end residential market within Trivandrum & the adjoining areas. We are a multidisciplinary practice committed to delivering exceptional architecture, interiors & landscaping at the highest level of creative expression. The collaborative designers and architects are storytellers, crafting a bespoke narrative for all their designs.

Role Description

Design is not decoration.

It is strategy, restraint, storytelling, and the ability to create spaces that people remember.

We’re looking for a Lead Designer who can define the creative direction of our projects—not just execute them. Someone with original thinking, strong design conviction, and the ability to transform ideas into exceptional spaces.

What we’re looking for:


- A strong conceptual thinker with exceptional design sensibility.


- Ability to lead projects from concept to design direction.


- Excellent presentation, communication and client-facing skills.


- Deep understanding of materials, detailing and spatial design.


- Someone who questions the obvious and raises the creative standard of every project.

- Obviously Design & Render Software, AI Integration is something you are proficient with

This role is based in Trivandrum, Kerala. Applicants must be willing to relocate.
