Principal Data Scientist (m/f/d)

We are looking for you immediately at one of our German locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Leipzig, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main or Essen !

Your Tasks

Data and AI are your domain? Furthermore, your new challenge will be as follows:

• You purposefully design and lead challenging Data Science projects in an interdisciplinary team
• You routinely recognize your client's needs and develop effective, data-driven solutions
• From your client's datasets, you extract the data that is crucial for the task at hand
• You create innovative solutions using modern methods from the fields of statistics, machine learning, mathematical optimization, and visual analytics
• Close collaboration with your Tribe Lead (superior)
• You successfully communicate your results to your client and then accompany the comprehensive implementation of your idea together with the Data Engineering team
• As an expert with specialized knowledge, you participate in client meetings

Your Profile

Is Data also in your DNA? You should bring this with you:

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a data-driven degree program
• Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing are required
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts comprehensibly, as well as out-of-the-box thinking
• High commitment to continuous learning and trying out new tools and technologies.
• At least 5 years of project experience in the Data environment, ideally in a consulting company
• At least 3 years of practical experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Very good knowledge of software development (Python, object-oriented)
• Practical experience in Data Science areas such as LLMs/NLP (e.g., Transformers, Conversational AI) or Computer Vision (e.g., Stable Diffusion, OCR)
