We are the Cybersecurity experts of the globally operating Eraneos Group in Germany. We primarily advise DAX and Fortune 500 companies on Cybersecurity topics such as OT Security, Risk Assessment, and Compliance. As Principal Cybersecurity (all genders), you will take entrepreneurial responsibility for the expansion of our Cybersecurity business:

• Development and implementation of a growth strategy for Cybersecurity consulting and services
• Identification and acquisition of new key accounts as well as expansion of existing customer relationships
• Positioning our Cybersecurity offerings in the market and shaping the portfolio (e.g., Security Strategy, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Cloud Security, SOC & MDR, OT/IoT Security)
• Management of complex bid processes (RFI/RFP), including proposal creation, pricing strategy, and C-level contract negotiations
• Close collaboration with the Cybersecurity Leadership Team and other consulting areas to develop integrated solution offerings
• Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with technology vendors, resellers, and other ecosystem partners
• Representing the company at trade events, conferences, and in relevant committees

You act as a Trusted Advisor for our clients, combining strategic consulting with clear commercial goals.
This is you

• You hold an excellent university degree, ideally in a STEM field
• You have more than 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally in consulting or a comparable role with a strong business development focus
• You can demonstrate proven success in building and expanding customer accounts as well as in selling complex Cybersecurity services or solutions
• You have very good knowledge of the Cybersecurity market (threat landscape, regulations, technologies, vendor landscape) as well as the requirements of large corporations and the upper medium-sized business sector
• You present yourself confidently at C-level and convince with strong communication and negotiation skills
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a clear focus on results, and the motivation to actively shape a growing business area
• You have experience in leading bid teams and in managing complex deals
• You are proficient in both German and English, with excellent negotiation skills
• You are willing to travel frequently and value close collaboration with clients and teams at different locations
