Principal Consultant (Performance Testing & Test Automation)

The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our Performance Testing & Test Automation team. As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex performance testing and test automation projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and deliver complex performance testing and test automation projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided. • Collaborate with other consultants and teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and effectiveness of our services. • Contribute to the development of our performance testing and test automation capabilities, and share best practices with the team. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant who has a strong background in performance testing and test automation. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, and a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the field. You will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 8 years of experience in performance testing and test automation, with a strong background in leading and delivering complex projects. • Strong understanding of performance testing and test automation tools and technologies, including but not limited to: JMeter, Gatling, NeoLoad, Selenium, Appium, and Postman. • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
