Principal Consultant AWS Cloud Engineering (m/w/d)

As a Principal Consultant in the field of Cloud Engineering, you are a key person for our clients and our internal team. You develop modern cloud architectures, accompany engineering teams at eye level, and bring cloud-native transformations into motion – with your experience, pragmatism, and enthusiasm for technology.

Tasks

• You lead projects in the field of Cloud Engineering – from architecture to rollout to consulting and training.
• You work closely with engineering teams of our clients together, identify improvement potential, and implement sustainable solutions.
• You help build a strategic cloud footprint for our clients – technology-agnostic, but with a focus on AWS.
• You bring your knowledge into the further development of the offer and internal standards.
• You support as a mentor colleagues, share your knowledge actively, and shape superluminar with.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in software and/or cloud architecture, ideally with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• A good understanding of modern infrastructure and deployment strategies (Infrastructure as Code, Observability, Platform Engineering, etc.).
• The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly – on C-level just as well as with developers.
• Experience in customer projects, consulting, or leading project teams.
• Fluent German skills (C1/C2), good English skills.
