We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal to lead our Artha Prime Fund, which focuses on early-stage investments in the Indian startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of investing in successful startups, with a deep understanding of the Indian market and its trends. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing investment strategies for the fund, working closely with the Investment Committee to identify and evaluate potential investments. • Building relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders in the startup ecosystem. • Conducting due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and team assessments. • Working closely with portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support. • Collaborating with the Artha Group team to ensure alignment of investment decisions with the overall strategy and goals of the organization.
