As a Principal Antenna and Microwave Engineer, you will be part of our team that designs, develops, and tests cutting-edge antenna systems for various applications. Your expertise will help us push the boundaries of what's possible with microwave technology. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and integrate advanced antenna systems for various applications, including radar, communication, and sensing systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of antenna systems into overall system designs. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports. • Participate in the development of new technologies and innovative solutions that meet customer needs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in antenna technology. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in antenna design, development, and testing, with expertise in microwave engineering. • Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, antenna design principles, and microwave propagation. • Experience with simulation tools such as HFSS, FEKO, or ANSYS HFSS. • Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
