This includes developing and maintaining performance measurement frameworks, providing guidance and support to teams on performance measurement and reporting, and contributing to the development of organisational performance reports. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing gaps in performance measurement practices across the organisation, and working with teams to develop and implement improvements. This is a permanent opportunity based in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch.
