About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Principal Advisor. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of education in New Zealand. You will work closely with our Chief Education Officer and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive positive change for students. This is a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people across Aotearoa. Key responsibilities | Ngā kaihautū whakamārama This role will involve: * Providing strategic advice to our Chief Education Officer and other senior leaders on key education issues * Developing and implementing initiatives that drive positive change for students * Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the education sector * Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective solutions * Representing our organisation at national and international forums. What you'll need | Ōrite ki tēnei You will need: * A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Master's degree) in a field such as education, leadership, or policy development * Significant experience in a senior leadership role within the education sector * Strong understanding of the New Zealand education system and its challenges * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
