Description About Us | Our Branch Performance teams are connectors both within their branch and across all branches at Te Tari Taiwhenua. The four Branch Performance teams work together to support strategy, planning, accountability, assurance and official correspondence across the Department. We manage a variety of work in a busy, interesting environment. The role | We’re looking for a highly capable and strategic Principal Advisor to join our Branch Performance team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-level advice and guidance to senior leaders across the Department. Your expertise will help shape and inform decision-making, ensuring that our work is aligned with the Department’s overall strategy. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional development programs.
