About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join the school on a fixed-term basis from January 2026 to December 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant Key Stage 2 team and make a lasting impact on pupils during a pivotal year in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Take full responsibility for planning, teaching, and marking
• Monitor and support the academic and personal development of all pupils
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that reflects the school’s Christian values
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, SLT, and the wider school community

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to fostering a nurturing and respectful learning environment
• Alignment with the school’s Christian ethos and values
