To face numerous challenges, HIB is looking for a: Full-time Clinical Head The mission Ensure clinical management of hospitalized patients and supervision and guidance of doctors and residents Collaborate with paramedical staff Participate in the development of hospital policies and procedures Contribute to the improvement of patient care and satisfaction Develop and implement quality indicators and performance metrics Monitor and analyze clinical data and trends Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions Work closely with other departments and services to ensure seamless coordination and communication Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and standards Provide medical expertise and support to colleagues and staff members Participate in the development of new projects and initiatives Contribute to the creation of a positive work environment and culture Foster open communication and teamwork among team members Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals and institutions
