Job Description

In the Pricing / Overseas position at Artek Logistic, you will be responsible for managing and preparing quotes for international logistics services, analyzing sea, air, and land transport rates.

You will coordinate with agents and suppliers abroad to obtain competitive prices and adequate transit times, ensuring the profitability of each operation.

You will also follow up on offers sent by sales representatives, updating rate and condition databases.

You will collaborate closely with the operations and sales teams to align prices with the company's commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and manage quotes for international logistics services (sea, air, and land).

● Analyze and compare rates, routes, and transit times with different providers.

● Negotiate with agents, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas suppliers to obtain competitive conditions.

● Follow up on offers sent to sales representatives until their closure.

● Keep rate and commercial condition databases updated.

● Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to align prices with Artek's commercial strategy.

Requirements

● Experience in international logistics, especially in managing rates, routes, and transit times for sea, air, and land services.

● Analytical skills to compare costs, margins, and commercial conditions, and to prepare clear and competitive economic proposals.

● Coordination skills with international agents, shipping lines, airlines, and suppliers, with fluid and effective communication.

● Good command of office tools (Excel, spreadsheets, CRM) and logistics management systems for rate registration and updating.

● Advanced level of English, spoken and written, for daily communication with international contacts.

● Detail-oriented, ability to work under tight deadlines, priority management, and collaborative work with other teams.

● Education in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
