Pricing Analyst, DACH / Benelux

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our team, focusing on the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) markets. This role will be instrumental in supporting the commercial strategy by providing insightful analysis and recommendations related to pricing. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure optimal pricing strategies are in place to achieve business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement pricing strategies for the DACH and Benelux regions, aligned with overall business objectives. * Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks. * Conduct in-depth price analysis, including cost-plus, value-based, and competitive pricing. * Monitor and track pricing performance, identifying variances and providing recommendations for improvement. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement pricing promotions and programs. * Prepare pricing proposals and presentations for key stakeholders. * Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. * Maintain and update pricing databases and systems. * Provide regular reports and insights on pricing performance. * Support the development and implementation of pricing tools and models. **About You:** * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related role. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. * Experience with pricing software or systems is a plus. * Knowledge of the DACH and Benelux markets is preferred. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German, Dutch, or French is a plus. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work in a global and diverse environment. * Be part of a company that is passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the world. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * The opportunity to make a real difference in a growing industry.
