Preventive Advisor Level 2 and Quality Controller for Food - Eclair

As a quality and safety controller, you ensure that rules of safety and quality are correctly followed. Additionally, you take on the role of preventive advisor, making proactive suggestions for safety systems to management. You report to the Quality Manager regarding quality and to the General Manager regarding safety.

• Perform various controls on the correct application of hygiene and safety rules, critical control points (CCPs), product weights, and labeling. In case of non-compliance with prescribed rules, sensitize involved employees. Additionally, ensure necessary reporting regarding different controls.
• Follow up on corrective actions for established non-compliances on the production floor.
• Provide steel names of our products for external analyses
• Check the cleaning team's execution of their tasks
• Share knowledge of quality and safety instructions through training and internal communication channels
• Set up safety systems and ensure a dynamic risk management system within prescribed legal norms
• Brief potential hazards and risks, and implement preventive measures accordingly
• Take on the role of preventive advisor and represent the company for external audits

• - Be easily accessible to receive reports about risks/non-compliances regarding quality and safety
• Promote actively the positive dynamics within and between teams by allowing information to flow freely
• Participate in the team for safety and quality on the production floor

What background do you have?

• You possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, experience with quality systems within the food industry is a plus.
• You possess the preventive advisor level 2 certificate or are willing to follow this additional training.
• You have a passion for performing controls that motivate your colleagues to do better
• You work structured, accurately report, and make decisions promptly on the production floor.
• You adapt flexibly regarding availability for control execution
• You communicate fluently in different languages (Dutch, French, English)
