What will you do as a Prevention Advisor at AUTO1 Group?

As a Prevention Advisor, you ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees. You are actively present at the headquarters, our production site in Ghislenghien, and the Wijkopenautos locations. You are the link between management, employees, trade unions, and external partners and function as a crucial sparring partner for our VP.

Executing risk analyses and preparing detailed reports
Developing, implementing, and monitoring preventive measures and safety programs
Maintaining compliance with welfare and safety legislation
Organizing and providing training sessions and sensitization workshops
Carefully keeping track of statutory documentation and registers
Participating in the monthly CPBW meeting and preparing monthly reports
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders for an integrated approach
Advising management and employees on safety and well-being at work
Contributing to the development of a strong safety culture within the organization
