Prevention Advisor Level 2 – Belgium & Netherlands

We are looking for a prevention advisor who likes to stand with their feet on the shop floor and gets energy from a dynamic retail environment? For our organization in Belgium and the Netherlands, we are looking for a practical specialist who takes the lead in building and making visible a strong safety culture.

Your role

As Prevention Advisor Level 2, you are the content expert and doer on the topic of well-being at work and fire safety. You will have the space to take a pioneering role and make safety workable in a rapidly evolving multi-site environment.

What you do

• Develop and implement the prevention and safety policy in Belgium and the Netherlands

• Be present on the shop floor: risk analyses, inspections, and practical follow-up in the stores

• Advise management and employees with clear, applicable solutions

• Organize and give safety training sessions and toolbox talks

• Investigate and follow up on workplace accidents and preventive actions

• Support new store openings from a safety and fire prevention perspective

Who we are looking for

• Prevention Advisor Niveau 2

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in retail or another rapidly changing multi-site environment

• Hands-on, pragmatic, and visible on the shop floor

• Someone who takes ownership and quickly adapts to a changing context
