Preventive Advisor - Gent

To strengthen the preventive team at STRABAG Belgium, in particular for the region Gent, we are looking for a Preventive Advisor who will contribute to the development of our preventive services. The Preventive Advisor is responsible for the implementation and coordination of preventive measures within the construction sites of STRABAG Belgium. This includes identifying potential risks, developing and implementing prevention strategies, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies, as well as reporting on the results. The Preventive Advisor will work closely with the site managers, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that our construction sites are safe and healthy environments for all employees. The ideal candidate has a degree in occupational health and safety or a related field, has experience in the construction industry and is familiar with relevant legislation and regulations. The ability to communicate effectively in Dutch and English is essential.
