As Preventive Advisor Level 2, you will be responsible for: > Developing, implementing, and following up on our policy regarding safety and well-being. > Conducting risk analyses and translating them into practical solutions. > Following up on the welfare legislation and converting it into clear guidelines. > Keeping our certifications (including ISO 9001, FCA, ADR, AE…) up-to-date. > Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe working environment. > Identifying and reporting potential hazards. > Developing and implementing measures to prevent accidents. > Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented measures. > Providing guidance and support to colleagues on safety and well-being matters. > Participating in internal audits and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures. > Staying up-to-date with new developments and trends in the field of safety and well-being. > Developing and maintaining a positive and proactive attitude towards safety and well-being.
