Job description
Role
- You actively contribute to a strong policy on safety, health, and environment.
- You conduct risk analyses, draw up prevention plans and emergency procedures, and ensure follow-up.
- You organize safety rounds, internal audits, and environmental inspections.
- You coach and raise awareness among employees and managers regarding safety consciousness and well-being.
- You act as a point of contact for the CPBW (Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work), the external prevention service, and the competent inspection services.
- You are the central point of contact for everything related to buildings, installations, and infrastructure.
- You organize the maintenance and management of buildings and technical installations (repairs, painting, HVAC, renovations, ...).
- You coordinate both internal technicians and external partners (contractors, suppliers, service providers).
- You manage budgets, planning, and quality, and contribute to sustainable and future-oriented improvements.
Profile
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (e.g., electromechanics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent through experience).
- A Prevention Advisor Level 2 certificate and willingness to grow to Level 1 (with company support).
- Relevant experience in an industrial or production environment.
- Strong technical insight combined with organizational skills and leadership.
- Communicative, solution-oriented, and a true team player.
- Experience with audits is a plus.
