EXPERT BALE PRESSER

We are looking for an experienced presser with expertise in operating and maintaining bale presses, as well as knowledge of agricultural practices and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the grain industry and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain bale presses to ensure efficient and safe production; • Monitor and control grain quality, moisture content, and temperature; • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery; • Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency; • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity; • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in operating and maintaining bale presses; • Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, regulations, and industry standards; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Ability to lift up to 50 kg (110 lbs) and stand for long periods.
