About the Job: Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. We are looking for a skilled operator with strong mechanical and mathematical abilities and at least 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with excellent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate Press Brake Machines to bend sheet metal accurately. Set Up Machines with correct tooling and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements. Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience operating CNC Press Brake Machines. Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
