Prescribing Doctor in EHPAD (F/H)

We are looking for a prescribing doctor f.h on a full-time or part-time basis: from half a day to 10 half-days per week for our client, an EHPAD located 20 minutes from the center of Saint-Etienne.

You will precisely join an establishment that - in a new dynamic - recruits a prescribing doctor to ensure the follow-up of residents received in EHPAD (no UVP / Alzheimer unit). You will have as your main missions:

• to perform entrance exams,
• to ensure continuous medical follow-up of residents: management of acute and chronic pathologies,
• to monitor the quality of care (prevention, hygiene, medication prescription...),
• to define, with the entire healthcare team, a personalized accompaniment project,
• to contribute to maintaining the link with families...

To achieve these last ones, you will work closely with medical coordinators, health managers, nurses, caregivers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, APA... This position has no night duty or on-call. In case of nighttime difficulties, night nurses can call the 15. A daytime exercise from Monday to Friday allows you to reconcile professional and personal life. As a full-time CDI employee, you will benefit from 20 days of RTT in addition to your paid holidays. Remuneration will be defined based on your experience.
